Yarn sourcing
India's finest spinning mills
We source yarn from among India's best spinning mills, selecting for count consistency, strength, and evenness. The quality of the yarn is the foundation of every fabric we make — we don't compromise here.
Greige weaving
Ichalkaranji, on airjet, rapier & waterjet looms
We weave most of our greige fabric ourselves at our weaving operations in Ichalkaranji, using airjet, rapier, and waterjet loom technology — with quality control at the loom stage. For specific qualities, we also source greige from the top mills of India — a deliberate choice, made where a specialist mill's expertise in a particular weave delivers the best possible fabric. Either way, every metre meets the same standard before it moves forward.
Dyeing & printing
Outsourced to trusted processing houses in Ahmedabad & Mumbai
Greige fabric is processed at established processing houses in Ahmedabad and Mumbai — long-standing partners who work to our specifications using standard dyes and chemicals. Processing includes reactive dyeing, pigment dyeing, yarn dyeing, rotary and discharge printing, and a full range of finishing treatments. We oversee every batch through the process.
Design & development
Daily new products
Our network of designers develops new constructions, prints, and dobby patterns every day. Every day, a new product comes out of production — keeping our 700+ design catalogue continuously updated across 75+ fabric bases.
Quality inspection
Standards enforced before dispatch
Finished fabric is inspected for shade consistency, GSM tolerance, width accuracy, and finish quality before entering our warehouse. Only rolls that meet our specification are accepted.

Ready stock is held at our warehouse in Narolgam, Ahmedabad. Orders on ready stock are dispatched within 1 day. Programme orders on special dobby greige constructions run on a 55-day production cycle, confirmed at order stage.

Rotary print, discharge print, and dobby print. Florals, geometrics, abstracts, checks, stripes, and custom brand prints developed on request.

Mercerizing, peaching, softening, and compacting — applied per fabric base and buyer end-use requirement at our processing partners.
